Small Group or Team Coaching

Team coaching helps teams achieve their identified goals while building and/or maintaining an inclusive environment. It is about encouraging collaboration among team members and optimizing the effectiveness of this collaboration. Team coaching helps teams to break free from anything that might be holding them back and to provide tools to avoid this in the future. In this dynamic, it is the team, not just the team leader, that is the client.
Effective teams rely on several key components:

- EQ
- Motivation
- Accountability
- Passion & commitment
- Ability to let go of what you think you know
Tools to support these key components will be used to support the development of the team you desire.
Group coaching will occasionally be offered on a variety of topics; please watch for communication on this.

It is common in many team or group coaching dynamics to involve two trained coaches. This will be discussed at booking.
1/2 Day Intensive
"Out of the wreck, I rise." ~ Robert Browning
This is perfect for you if:
- You're committed to the process and have a general idea of what you want to achieve.
- You are ready to get started to do the deep dive!
- You're ready to exercise the curiosity muscle.
This is an intensive half-day coaching session (3.5 hours). Together, we will focus on identifying your values, key challenges, and most important goals and defining a clear strategy to support your goal achievement.
Anticipate curiosity, time to reflect, activities, gain insight, a strategy for moving forward (one small step at a time), and to be exhausted (in a good way).
This session includes one 45-minute follow-up coaching session two weeks after the intensive.

RoundTable™
Take your company’s values off the wall and place them into the hearts of your people! The RoundTable™ Methodology is a process that promotes change from within instead of only seeing outward compliance to rules.
The approach of the RoundTable™ is very simple and highly effective. Using values, they employ two-way communication in a structured environment. Ideas are not taught they are facilitated. During RoundTable™, a designated person leads, but all participants are sharing from their own experiences. As a result, everyone grows together. RoundTable™ is conducted in a small group setting consisting of four to ten people, takes between thirty (four people) and sixty minutes (ten people), gives every participant a “voice” and the opportunity for a win, and is designed to emphasize and promote personal growth.
It consists of:
- +48 values called our crucial conversations, including, Responsibility,
- Teamwork, Patience, Hard Work, Respect, Empathy and Hope. (see list)
- 5 easy steps to facilitate a value.
- In-person or virtual options for participants.
- Giving everyone a voice and an opportunity for a win.

We all need a team of strong supporters. In today’s world, we have available to us an abundance of information, opportunities and choices. All of which drives us down the never-ending road of decision-making. Your PBOD acts as a sounding board and will provide you with unfiltered feedback on life decisions, opportunities, relationships, and challenges as they arise. During this time together, we will discuss the role of your PBOD and the important factors to consider when thoughtfully building your own PBOD.

As a professional in the corporate world, a community volunteer, and with over 20 years of experience in education, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside and lead diverse groups of teams and individuals.
Having a Masters in Educational Leadership & Administration and received coach training through Accelerating Coach Excellence (ACE), working with David Peterson (Former Director of Executive Coaching & Leadership at Google) and David Goldsmith (pioneer of the coaching industry) in addition to the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), I am always ready to meet and serve my clients where they are.
Recognizing the power of ongoing learning, growth, and development, I consider myself a lifelong learner. Through this lens, I work with clients to discover a successful path in their life and work journey. One of my favorite quotes is, “Your life is a story, make it a bestseller.” It is my goal to establish a trusting relationship that inspires, empowers, and motivates clients to progress and succeed. I consider it an honor to partner with clients to establish clear goals, bring awareness to underlying beliefs, and commit to a measurable action plan; having fun and meaningful conversations is part of the journey in ultimately creating their own “bestseller.”
